David King’s Organic Garden Workshop: ‘What to Grow & How to Grow It Without Chemicals in Southern California’ $20. Sat Sep 3rd 10am-Noon. The Learning Garden, Venice High Campus,13000 Venice Blvd, 90291 Topic:”Don’t Miss a Beet!” – We found out last month that we are heading into our 2nd Spring in our Mediterranean climate – we’ve got a lot to plant right now! You won’t believe all the delicious food you can harvest from your garden over our winter months! So get busy and get your garden cooking with food you’ll be cooking! And, as usual, your questions answered and your funny bone tickled. All for a measly twenty smakaroos at the door – no RSVP required.
