Topic: “Sowing and Saving Seeds for Natives” by Krystal Rains. Let’s turn our eyes to the Native Plant garden, see what can be propagate plus how to collect & save them. Is it the proper time of year to set Native seeds for the best chance of surviving harsh summer temps?

 

San Fernando Valley SLOLA Monthly Meeting Friday Jan 26th 11am – 1pm Sepulveda Learning Garden 16633 W. Magnolia Blvd. Encino, CA 91436 Featured Speaker: MG Pam Atchison will be showing us how to build a rich, nurturing, living soil in our gardens.  With the right know-how, gardeners can transform their soil into a nurturing environment to grow healthy, vigorous plants. Potluck lunch follows the meeting.
